Shipping methods depend on the quantities ordered, the size of the art pieces and the destination countries. Galerie Sakura reserves the right to choose the most suitable courier.

Deliveries outside Europe are possible on request.
The delay to receive the order is approximately 1 month from receipt of payment.
All shipments are insured by the courier.
When the customer (or anyone authorised by them) received their order, it is their responsibility to open the parcel and to check the condition of art piece(s).
If the parcel arrives damaged, the customer must make a claim straight away or not accept the parcel. No claims can be made for deliveries that have been signed for to state they have been received in good condition.
For frames under glass, the glass is replaced by an unbreakable plexiglass plate.
A print sold with a frame (whether glazed or a floating frame) or with mounting / plexi-mounting is a custom-made piece produced specifically at the client’s request. Therefore, Galerie Sakura cannot issue refunds for these items. Withdrawal is only possible for the purchase of an unframed print.
Returns for an unframed print at our gallery in Nice are free of charge within 15 days after receiving your order. The artwork must be returned in perfect condition. For postal returns, any return shipping costs are at your expense.
